About

Montage Counselling was started by Rebecca Cupples in 2024 and is dedicated to providing affordable counselling for adults, children and young people.

Rebecca has 15 years of professional counselling experience and is an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).

She holds a Certificate and Diploma in Person Centred Counselling from Queen's University, Belfast and a Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People.

Her desire is that every person receives personalised support to help them navigate through life's challenges and journey towards wholeness.

How I can support you

I am currently offering:

in person or online counselling sessions for adults (£45 for 50 minutes)
in person sessions for children and young people aged 5 to 18 (£45 for 50 minutes).

I am available to meet you between the following times:

Tuesday
Wednesday
Thursday

I offer a free initial phone consultation. This a great opportunity for us to discuss the issues that you have been facing, find out more about what counselling can offer you and how you can expect me to support you.
